The security deposit is typically equal to one month's rent. This deposit is held to cover any potential damages beyond normal wear and tear and will be returned within the timeframe specified by Alberta's Residential Tenancies Act, provided the unit is left in good condition.
Our application process is straightforward. Submit a rental application form along with proof of income, references, and identification. We conduct background and credit checks to ensure the best match for our properties. Once approved, we'll guide you through the lease signing process.
We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience, including e-transfer, cheque, and pre-authorized debit. Monthly rent is due on the first of each month.
Pet policies vary by property. Some of our rental properties are pet-friendly with certain restrictions on size and breed. Please inquire about specific properties to learn about their pet policies. Additional pet deposits may apply.
Maintenance requests can be submitted through our online portal available 24/7. For emergencies, we have an emergency hotline that's always available. Our on-site maintenance team responds promptly to all requests to ensure your comfort and safety.
